BGP-Peer, Separating Routing and Bandwidth Management

In this article, we discuss how to perform BGP-Peer into BGP Router Mikrotik Indonesia to perform the separation of the international gateway for Internet connection and OpenIXP (NICE). After separation of the connection is done, then the queue will be created for each client, which could limit the use for international bandwidth and OpenIXP (NICE).

Several assumptions will be used for this case are:
The router has a 3 pieces of interfaces, each connected to an international gateway, the gateway OpenIXP  (NICE), and to the network client.
To connect to OpenIXP (NICE), the router must have your own public IP.
For the client, will use private IP, so it will be done NAT (network address translation)
RouterOS you are using version 2.9.39 or newer, and enable routing-test package

If you are facing conditions that are not in accordance with the parameters above, should be an adjustment.
